Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 October 2026. By using plannersforadhd.com you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use the site.

What this site is

Planners for ADHD publishes guides, comparisons and articles about planning tools and everyday organisation strategies, and is developing digital planners for future sale. Nothing on this site is medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.

Using our content

  • You may read, share and link to our pages freely, with credit.
  • You may quote short excerpts with a link back. Republishing whole articles, or presenting our work as your own, is not permitted.
  • Our brand name, Focus Ring mark and site design belong to us; don't use them in ways that suggest your products are ours.

Accuracy

We research carefully — prices, formats and competitor details are checked against the sellers' own sites and dated where they appear — but the market moves, and we can't promise any page is error-free forever. If you spot something wrong, telling us via the contact page genuinely helps. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from third-party information quoted on this site.

Future digital products

No products are currently on sale. When digital planners launch, each purchase will be covered by the product terms shown at checkout at that time — including licence (your purchase is for your own use), delivery and the refund policy then in force. Those terms will be published on this site before the first checkout opens, and nothing in these terms commits you to any future purchase.

Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the content, except where the law does not allow exclusion. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
