Refund Policy

The short version

Nothing is on sale yet. No planners can currently be bought on this site or anywhere else by us, so there is nothing to refund and no payment to reverse. If anyone claims to be selling a Planners for ADHD product today, it isn't us.

What happens at launch

Before the first planner goes on sale, this page will be updated with the full refund terms — the refund window, what qualifies, and exactly how to request one — and those terms will be live before any checkout opens. We hold ourselves to three commitments in advance:

• The terms will be written here in plain language, in full — not summarised away behind a checkout link.
• A real refund route will exist: an email address and a response time we commit to.
• The terms in force on the day you buy are the terms that apply to your purchase, even if the policy changes later.
